I am looking for a way to run the screen savers from Windows Vista in Windows XP Pro.
I have found one place which claims to have made a patch but requires the screen savors from build 5308, in order to work. If anyone here can help me please do, or at least point me in the right direction. Also if this isn't allowable, how does someone such as myself whom doesn't have a MSDN account get to beta test Vista on my Home Systems.
Thanks

Unlikely to be possible without extensive & dangerous hacking.

Read the earlier thread with the Public beta download locations.
Nah it's not possible unless you have the source code. Best just not bother with it :o(

It works.... Somone has cracked / patched the PE area of the exe to make it work. Read: http://www.aeroxp.org/board/lofiversion/index.php?t3413.html
Now what is needed is the scr files from the build 5308. Can someone please post them... Just copy from your installation if you still have it installed. Simple as that.
